Metal finishing of our precision metal stamped components include surface treatments such as cleaning, passivation, tumbling, deburring, bright dipping, bead blasting, sand blasting, and anodizing. Some of the plating’s we offer include Copper, Nickel, Zinc, Tin, Silver, and Gold, as well as oxide phosphate and e-coating, and custom coloring of zinc coatings.

Stewart EFI can also provide high-quality parts that have been heat treated, annealed in a controlled atmosphere, hardened, case hardened, baked or stress relieved to our customers specifications, whether outsourced or done in-house at Stewart EFI.
